demanded in Clean / Sterile room. Inhibiting
bacterial growth will eliminate unwanted
particles from the Clean / Sterile room garments

BIOMED LABORATORIES
boasts of a grand and spacious manufacturing unit
established on 5 acre of independent land at Roha,
Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra. The manufacturing unit
has facility with clearly defined areas for raw
and packing material storage, manufacturing,
filling and packing as well as storage of finished
products. The manufacturing unit is equipped with
the latest highly efficient machines and is
provided with the requisite air handling system to
ensure maintenance of low humidity conditions.
We have separate premises for stitching unit with
ultramodern machinery. The stitching unit consist
of stitching & finishing department & separate
embroidery department. We have standard garments
for pharmaceuticals, hospitals & electronic
organizations & we also undertake specialized
stitching as per pattern & design given by
companies.
Production is carried out by adopting strict
"Standard Operating Procedures" (S.O.P's) for each
product and our stringent quality control checks
ensure output of high quality products.
We strictly adhere to the standard "Good
Manufacturing Practices" in our units and this has
brought in a bevy of premier clients who are sure
of getting excellent quality products. |
